During the Inspection, JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will apply all applicable fire codes and OSHA Standards to your facility. We will make recommendations at the end of the inspection and forward you a report of our findings in a few days following the inspection. The report will high light what codes and standards were violated.

JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will also make recommendations for interim life safety measures when the situation arises.

Throughout the inspection process JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will focus on electrical equipment, chemical storage, confined spaces (classification and entry). JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will also test your fire alarm and suppression systems on a separate inspection. Make sure that your fire alarm and suppression system is working as designed. Insure that your fire alarm is loud enough to evacuate your facility in the event of an emergency.
After the report is received by your facility JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will call to make an appointment for a follow up inspection. Together we will insure that all of the violations listed are corrected. A second report will follow on any of the violations that have not been corrected.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Policy and procedure development is a task that is often put on hold or overlooked throughout industry. Let JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS develop your health and safety plans; edit your policy and procedures to insure they apply with all applicable regulations.

JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS develops the plan and submits the plan to the management of the organization. Upon receiving the signatures of approval from the management team, JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will train the employees on the new safety plan or procedures or changes to the existing plan.We will also place the plans in a book that is easily referenced by management and the employees.

During the course of a year JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will work with our clients to add policy and procedures to the policy and procedure book. On an annual basis, JMAC SAFETY SOLUTIONS will make an appointment to review the policy and procedures and the health and safety plans. If the plans do not change, management will simply sign the signature block.

If the plan changes, the changes will be incorporated into the plan. This evolution may seem cumbersome; however, it keeps your policies, programs and safety plans current and it shows OSHA that you have reviewed your plans annually and they are current.
